Aik Hong Heat Treatment Sdn Bhd is a company that provides Heat Treatment services using a continuous mesh belt atmosphere furnace system for the metal industry. This company was founded in 2003 and known for their up-time reliability, energy efficiency, and soft handling features.

Our Continuous Mesh Belt Furnace system is fully automated, with a computer-controlled loading system, pre-wash station, hardening process, oil quench process, post-wash station, tempering process, and blackening process. This system allows for efficient and consistent heat treatment of metal parts, ensuring the desired properties are achieved.

Aik Hong's personnel are trained to provide competent and efficient service, and they work closely with customers to meet their specific requirements and demands.

In addition to our services in Malaysia, Aik Hong expanded their business to Thailand in 2014 with the establishment of AC Hardening Co., Ltd. This expansion allowed them to better serve customers in the region and meet the growing demand for heat treatment services.
